aquelon.com is run by Venti Red FZ-LLC, Platinum Tower, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE. Aquelon is a Venti Red brand. By using the site you accept these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Product information

Product descriptions, specifications, certifications and photos come from the manufacturers' published documentation. We work to keep them accurate, but manufacturers change products, options and approvals. Photos may show options or finishes that cost extra.

Always confirm specifications, dimensions, connections and certifications against the manufacturer's current data and drawings, and your local codes, before design sign off, construction or ordering. Your quote and order confirmation set out what is actually supplied.

Guidance on standards, such as ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 and EN 15154, is a summary to help you plan. It is not a substitute for the standard itself or for the advice of your consultant or authority having jurisdiction.

Quotes and orders

Sending a quote request does not create a contract. A quote is only an offer when we send it to you in writing, and it is valid for the period it states. Orders are governed by the terms in our quotation and order confirmation, including the manufacturer's warranty terms. Prices, availability and lead times are confirmed on the quote, not on this site.

The AI product specialist

The "Ask a specialist" chat is an automated AI assistant. It can help you find products, documents and standards, and pass your enquiry to our team. It can make mistakes. Its answers are not a quotation, a specification or professional advice, and they do not bind us. The team confirms every recommendation, specification and price in writing.

Please do not use the chat to send confidential or sensitive information, or to try to make it behave in ways it was not designed for.

Documents and downloads

Aquelon data sheets summarise the manufacturer's data under our brand. Catalogues, certificates and installation guides remain the manufacturers' documents. You may download and share them for evaluating, specifying, buying, installing and maintaining products we supply. You may not alter them or present them as your own.

Installation must be carried out by competent, qualified people following the manufacturer's instructions and local regulations.

Brands and content

Aquelon, its logo and the site design belong to Venti Red FZ-LLC. Manufacturer names, product names and logos, including Murdock, Topserw, EMSAS, Hughes, IST Safety, ISTEC and Acorn, belong to their owners and are used to identify the products we supply. Z358 One belongs to its owner. Nothing on the site gives you a licence to use these marks.

Using the site

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it in bulk, get around rate limits, or upload anything harmful or unlawful. We may limit or block access that does. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on information on the site or from the AI assistant without confirming it in writing with us, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for products we supply is governed by the quotation, order terms and warranty.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
